Roger Xie joined Rolls-Royce in 1999. He was appointed as Business Development Director in Jan 2015. He is
responsible for new business and industrial collaboration in China region, including studying industry development
trends, identifying potential cooperation partners and fostering new business. He owns Engineering Bachelor’s
degree from BUAA and MBA from Manchester Business School.
Kellen Xie, with Master degree of Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Melbourne, has 11 years of professional communications experience and 9 years of industry expertise in autonomous UAV. Kellen worked for Huawei as key account manager in international sales and also held the position of overseas regional sales director in Hytera, a public company and global leader in professional communications. Kellen also served as former general manager and vice president of multiple leading Industrial UAV companies and now is the Senior Vice President of AutoFlight, in charge of sales, marketing, business development and government relations.
Mr. Xu is the Deputy Chief Engineer and the Director of Planning and Construction Department of Shanghai Airport Group Co., Ltd. He is now majorly responsible for the General Plan Construction and Green Airport. He participated in the construction of Phase I, Phase III, and Phase IV projects of Pudong Airport, as well as the renovation project of the East Area of Hongqiao Business District. He had been assigned to various management positions during this period, including Director of the Comprehensive Coordination Department of the Hongqiao Business District East Area Renovation Headquarters, Director of the Chief Engineer Office of the Shanghai Airport Construction Headquarters, as well as Director of Quality and Safety Department etc.
Between 2000 and 2012, Mr. Xu was also involved in the construction and operation of the Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Line. He held multiple management positions during this, including Deputy Chief Economist, Director of Controlling & Finance Department, Director of Operations, and Director of Business Operations at Shanghai Maglev Transportation Development Co., Ltd.
Mr. XUE Yan is Director, Avion Pacific. Since establishment in 1993, Avion Pacific becomes one the prestigious firms in general aviation, low altitude economy and business aviation and the first full-service and multi-disciplinary aviation production service institution in China, with clients in China, APAC and North America. Previously, Mr. XUE spent years in aviation trade and finance.
